2025 Rowing
The 2025 Mixed Eights event took place on Saturday June 28th. The competition was hotly contested with eleven teams vying for the honour of winning an Wenlock Olympian medal. The final was between Trafford and Stourport and resulted in a close finish with Stourport taking the gold – see image above – winning by 3/4 length. The full results can be found here: Results 2025
Gold and solver medals were presented by GB Olympian Lizzie McVeigh assisted by WOS Vice Presidents Helen Cromarty and Simon Macvicker.
The event was organised by Stewart Plant on behalf of Ironbridge Rowing Club (IRC). Our thanks go to Stewart and his team for a fantastic event in fabulous surroundings
